loading=\"lazy\"><\/a>\n<p>How much time do you spend complaining?\u00a0 Well, I know we don\u2019t like calling it that.\u00a0 How about, \u201cpontificating on what could be improved in certain people and situations?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Great leaders are often idealists, and many get frustrated when things don\u2019t change fast enough.\u00a0 Or people don\u2019t \u201cget it\u201d quick enough.\u00a0 Or they face too much resistance.<\/p>\n<p>How much time do you spend praying?\u00a0 Most leaders are insanely busy.\u00a0 Despite the existence of the book, the vast majority haven\u2019t mastered the \u201cfour-hour workweek.\u201d\u00a0 It seems crazy, but we\u2019re often \u201ctoo busy for prayer.\u201d\u00a0 Too busy for prayer?\u00a0 Too busy to turn your problems over to the Lord of the Universe?\u00a0 Too busy to cast all your anxiety on Him?<\/p>\n<p>Another hallmark of many leaders: we\u2019re obsessed with time management and productivity.\u00a0 More time equals more accomplished.\u00a0 Now the question. \u00a0Which is a better use of your precious time: complaining or praying?<\/p>\n<p>Recently I realized I was spending more time complaining than praying.\u00a0 What kind of sense does that make?\u00a0 So I switched it up, and it\u2019s made all the difference in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Leaders, we\u2019re wasting valuable time.\u00a0 Stop
